Terms of use
These terms govern the use of the Villages et Territoires platform by visitors and contributors, and set out the applicable personal data rules (GDPR). The French version is the legally binding one.
1. Purpose
Villages et Territoires publishes local information: events, associations, villages, shops, markets, libraries, stays, walks and heritage. Access is free. Using the service implies full acceptance of these terms.
2. Access to the service
The site is available 24/7, except during technical maintenance or force majeure. No public account creation is offered: only professional accounts created by the publisher can manage content.
3. Publishing content
Anyone can submit an event through the dedicated form. Publication is subject to moderation. Contributors undertake to provide accurate, up-to-date information and to respect third-party rights, including image rights for identifiable people in photographs.
4. Moderation
Content is moderated before or after publication. Any unlawful, insulting, defamatory, discriminatory or misleading content is removed. Moderation decisions are recorded in an audit log. The publisher may refuse, edit or withdraw content.
5. Liability
The publisher makes every effort to ensure information is reliable but cannot be held liable for errors, omissions or outdated content. Contributors remain responsible for what they publish. External links are outside the publisher's control.
6. Intellectual property
Logo, design, structure and editorial texts are protected. Information published by villages, associations and shops remains the property of its authors. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.
7. Personal data (GDPR)
Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679. The controller is the AVE3P association. Data is hosted within the European Union, never sold and never shared for advertising. You may access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to or port your data, and withdraw consent at any time by writing to eric@ave3p.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL. Full details are in our privacy policy.
