Administrator account: email address and assigned role.
Browsing: cookie preferences and, with consent, anonymised statistics.

Purposes

Publishing and moderating local content, contacting organisers, service security and improving the website.

Retention

Published content: for the duration of publication, then archived. Contact details from submissions: 12 months after the event. Cookie preferences: 6 months.
